The long letter

A short biography of a woman who didn't wait.

Five chapters. One thesis — what compounds is identity. Performance does not.

Allaia

Author. Operator. Artist.

A book. A studio that ships at scale. A canvas practice that runs alongside the writing. A private practice kept curated — on purpose.

The four are not separate expressions of a brand. They are the same thesis worn four different ways — what compounds is identity. Performance does not.

What follows is the long letter, in five chapters. The short version is on the cover. The full version is in the book.

  1. 2018

Licensed at twenty-one. Consistently the top one.

A real estate agent at the country's largest developer. The youngest in every room — and consistently the top agent in the company. No playbook, no inheritance. Just the discipline of showing up to the same small work, daily, until the compounding became impossible to ignore.

  2. 2020

    Multi-million dollar deals. Walked anyway.

The commissions were good in the way that gold cages are gilded. Closed enough to know the next ten years had already been forecast. Quietly understood that freedom — geographic, financial, internal — mattered more than the cheques by an order of magnitude. The leaving was not loud. The leaving was a Tuesday in October.

  3. 2022

    Two marketing agencies, built quietly.

No founder-bro post. No launch thread. Just the work — websites that converted, listings that ranked, ads that paid for themselves. Five hundred plus founder-led brands eventually came through, most of them women, most of them small and local at first. The repetition was the education.

  4. 2024

ALLAIA Media. One company. Four functions.

The personal brand needed a home that was not its own bedroom. ALLAIA Media became the operational entity — personal brand, the practice, agency services, creative direction. The agency services kept the lights on while the writing got louder, and the practice got smaller and harder to enter, on purpose.

  5. 2025 — now

COO at Blacklyne. Become Her in 2026. Bali and Dubai.

Chief Operating Officer at Blacklyne AI, a premium digital presence and AI search optimization studio shipping across Germany, Dubai, the UK, and the US. The applied version of the thesis the personal brand teaches. Become Her, the debut, lands in 2026 — ninety-one thousand words, twenty-two chapters, the long letter for the women already doing the work and the slow first read for the women about to begin. The geography finally matches the work.
